Is there a minimum age requirement?
Due to federal law, you must be 13 to participate. All minors under the age of 18, must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
Do I need to have an appointment?
We recommend scheduling an appointment for our pop-ups and events to help with the flow and to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently. We want to make sure we have enough time for each guest. However, we do take walk-ups. Please check availability by going to our book an appointment page.
How long does an appointment last?
The actual welding process only takes a few minutes, however, you’ll want to schedule additional time to design your piece and have it custom-sized.
Does the weld hurt?
No! This is a completely painless process! The piece is welded which means there is some heat involved (a quick ZAP), but it only touches the jewelry and not your skin.
Do you only weld bracelets?
Nope! While bracelets are the most popular, you can also get a necklace, anklet or ring.
Does White Sands Collective do events?
Yes! White Sands Collective would love to host or join you at your next event.

GENERAL CUSTOMER CARE
How do I care for my custom piece?
Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes and chemicals that could cause damage over time. Jewelry can be washed gently with warm water, gentle dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Use the polishing cloth in your aftercare kit to keep your forever jewelry shining bright!
We offer a line of luxury jewelry cleaning products called Shinery. It’s safe for your skin and your permanent jewelry. Contact us to purchase.
What is the return policy?
Since all pieces are custom fit and cut for you - all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen pieces.
Do you have a warranty?
Within 60 days of purchase:
If your piece breaks at the weld, the repair is free!
If your chain breaks, but still fits you, you can add an additional jump ring at no charge.
And if your chain breaks and no longer fits, we can talk about your options after we look at it in person.
If the chain is broken beyond repair, you will have to purchase a new one.
After 60 days of purchase, a $20 service fee will be applied.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen pieces.
WHITE SANDS CO GIFTS
Can I gift a White Sands Collective jewelry piece?
Yes! We offer gift certificates and gift box sets. You can also purchase a White Sands Co jewelry piece with a clasp that can be welded later, free of charge, with an appointment.
How do I best pick my size when shopping for a gift?
We recommend sizing up ½ inch when buying a gift so it can be welded in person later. The most common wrist size is 7”. Necklaces can be 15-18” in length.
